Black Inefficiency: Remember the huge scam of the ObamaCare Website? $1 billion for a Website – WTF?

As a computer programmer, the Obama care website really stunned me. When I heard $1 billion for a WEBSITE I couldn’t believe it. I just could not believe that number. My entire life I wrote computer systems for big businesses and I could not believe that a website, even for medical care could cost that much. Even if the price was a tenth of that, I would still not have believed it possible. There had to be huge scamming going on there and lots of bribes and payoffs there. That was pure crap. But that also gives you an insight into the insanity of Blacks – even though Obama is a mixed-race half Jew. Even now, it just boggles my mind that they could come up with a number like that. But here in Africa the Blacks are just as inefficient. To do the simplest thing, the Government budgets billions of Rands and my jew just drops and I can’t believe it is possible to get to such numbers. This is where White Efficiency makes me lick my lips. I reckon we can smoke these Blacks without any effort if we just stick together and work as a Team #TeamWhite.
