[One of my supporters in Canada sent me this when I commented that Jews might be pushing vegan diets that are dodgy. Here is a first-person account from someone whose health was seriously harmed by this.
Hi Jan,
I want to follow up a comment I left on your site regarding veganism. I apologize in advance for being so wordy; but I have a personal experience I want to share with you.
I was vegan/vegetarian for close to 20 years. Worst decision ever!
The vegan diet debilitated me. Part of this included suffering periodic and intense back pain for years. I thought the pain was the result of an old sports injury.
A chiropractor eventually diagnosed with me osteopemia. He wouldn’t treat me with the usual compression techniques; instead he recommended I start taking calcium supplements.
I almost immediately experienced symptom relief. It became clear that I was calcium deficient, and that the deficiency and not a sports injury was responsible for my back issues.
I concluded that my problems were diet related.
I couldn’t believe it. I thought eating vegan was the best diet possible. But the more I researched, the more it became clear that vegan and plant-based diets are horrible for human health.
The most important books I read in this regard were food toxicology textbooks. The textbooks clearly identified and addressed the topic of plant anti-nutrients. Vegans rarely talk about anti-nutrients; or when they do, they downplay it.
As a result, I am now convinced that I was the victim of oxalic acid poisoning. While vegan, I ate lots of oxalic acid rich foods like kale and other leafy greens. I also loved oxalic acid rich fruit like kiwis. As a result, I believe that the oxalates bound with the calcium in my food, and also leached calcium from my bones.
I was also probably having my GI tract destroyed by lectins. I shudder to think of all the damage I may have done to my body because of this stupid diet!
I am so thankful for the information in these textbooks, and grateful for their enlightenment.
And I am furious at vegan advocates! The anti-nutrient information is there and has been known by food toxicologists for decades. The vegans ignore and downplay this kind of information, I think, so as to deliberately harm whites. After all, only whites care about animal welfare, and are generally literate enough to read up about nutrition.
The vegans get away with this for a number of reasons. First, whole plant foods do not come with nutritional labels or warnings. As one textbook put it, government regulators would never allow oxalates at any concentration to be used as a food additive or ingredient. But spinach, which is full of oxalates, gets a pass because it is a whole food!
Secondly, there is a lot of shoddy science supporting plant-based diets. Most of these studies in support are epidemiological – which are at best only able to identify correlations and not causation. In short, they are junk – junk I believe designed to induce whites into eating substandard diets.
Third, historically whites ate lots of meat. Just think of the English beef-eaters. Or the north american fur traders subsisting on pemmican. Anti-whites have obscured this part of white history. It is part of a general agenda to divorce us from knowing what out ancestors did and how they lived and what they ate – all with a specific intent to harm us.
Sorry for such a long email, Jan. I could go on and on about this. I will end it here.
All the best in health from your Canadian racial kin!
Dan
