My sons (3) were in the Army from 1999 to 2017. I used to go to their Christmas Family day for relatives.
They started with a Military Formation where they handed out awards and promotions.
In 18 years I only saw People of Color, LGBT(A-Z) and Women ever get a medal for something (Achievement Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Meritorious Service Medal or Joint Service Meritorious Service Medal. The other soldiers (White) told m e that the people getting promoted or any award were ac tually the most lazy, incompetent and illiterate idiots in the unit. They do this for equity. They can’t get White Guys to Re-enlist. No wonder why. If you are a W h i t e Officer, your promotions are based on how many White Soldiers you screw over. The White Enlisted said that Officers and NCO’s are like Cops. They are4 there to destroy your career. They kick out the White People who do the best job because it makes the Ladies, LGBT and POC’s look bad.
