[I have personally experienced a massive reduction in my own chronic problems directly as a result of abandoning wheat and things I was allergic to. I eat mostly plant-based foods. But, I do still eat some meat. I'm not convinced that one needs to stay away from meat.
This scientist gives a good analysis of the flaws, and clear angles, being pushed in this documentary. I don't trust anything from Jews and Hollywood. Jan]
