No updates in The Civil Rights Case this month (checked 12 Jun 2025).
Matt, through his brother, has personally asked us to each write at least one letter to the new pardon attorney, Edward R. Martin Jr.. We are aware that he is a cog in the JOG machine and will likely do nothing to aid Matt, who is far more deserving of a sentence commutation or pardon than any other federal prisoner. But we feel that we must at least do what we can with the opportunities we have to have Matt set free. Attached is a form letter that you need to simply add a date and your printed name and signature to. I will be sending out my letter today. Thank you for your support for Matt.
