[This is a fascinating note one of my very thoughtful supporters sent me. It's compex, and it deals with legal tricks that could be used. It's quite a technical article, but it basically points out the legal clashes between different court decisions, versus the constitution, etc. I am constantly wondering whether the Liberals and Liberals have all kinds of weird tricks they can still pull to try to stop Trump. The Supreme Court gave a decision that said: states cannot deny federal candidates access to the ballot, even if they are domestic enemies.

The court did NOT deny that Donald Trump was a domestic enemy, as was found, in the Colorado courts.

As far as things stand, Trump has been found to be a domestic enemy.

The Constitution denies domestic enemies office.

The Constitution says that Congress would have to rehabilitate Trump with 2/3 support in both House and Senate to waive this disability.

This is very unlikely.

It is quite possible that Trump could win the election, but be denied office.

Vance, his running mate would have "aided and abetted" Trump, which would deny him office as a domestic enemy.

This would mean the Speaker of the House is likely to be President, if Trump wins the election, but is denied office.

I don’t know what Donald Trump can do to get office, if the democrats were serious in denying him office.

I’m not sure if this is their trigger for a civil war or not, but it will be interesting to watch.
