We need to get our act together. I’ve done my bit over the years and I’m sorted out. I used to be overweight 12 years ago. Believe it or not, but my trip to America in 2010 caused me to come back and immediately lose weight!!! I was overweight compared to Americans! And I fixed my own ass pronto pronto. We have many health problems that come from the Jewish/Corporate crap that we eat. Sort yourself out. Anyone can do it. Control what you put in your pie hole. It’s no more complex than that:
