[The French had some good ideas. At the start of this video you see some French Char B tanks. The turrets seem small but the tank is huge and it has a big gun in it's body. Don't underestimate the French weapons of WW2. The Germans had much lighter equipment and had many shortcomings. Their army and tactics had a brilliant design. The Germans did not win through fire power. They won through genius. The French had some really good weapons.
