More than two months into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a plurality of voters see the conflict as a stalemate, and fears of a wider war in Europe remain high.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 42% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the war in Ukraine is basically a stalemate. Twenty-five percent (25%) think Ukraine is winning the war, while 15% say Russia is winning and another 18% are not sure.
