With Democrats on the brink of one-party rule in Washington, D.C., it’s no surprise that they like the idea a lot more than other voters do.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 41% of all Likely U.S. Voters feel it is better for the country with one political party running both the White House and Congress. Thirty-four percent (34%) disagree and prefer each being run by a different party. Twenty-five percent (25%) are undecided. This is comparable to findings four years ago.
