Putin’s Spring Offensive has begun… Bahkmut – Putin’s miniature Stalingrad…

I see that in the last 24 hours that Putin’s offensive has begun. The weather is still very cold and it’s not a good time to do this. The fact that the Russians are moving this early, does not suggest that they are very confident.

Also, the town of Bahkmut, is quite amazing as a place that the Russians are fighting over. I heard together that the terrain and the town were well defended and that’s why the Russians have been struggling for months in such a small place. So in many ways Bahkmut seems to be a bit of a Stalingrad for Putin – albeit a small one.

Despite the Russians being twice as many as last year, it seems to me that they’re struggling.

We will see more over the next week.

The Western Tanks are a couple of weeks away. I think the Germans said that the tanks will be ready by the end of March. So that is about 6 or so weeks away.
