Russian scientists must develop biological weapons that will only affect the Anglo-Saxons, said a member of the State Duma Defense Committee, Lieutenant General Andrei Gurulev.

Он уверял, что более тысячи «образцов сыворотки крови граждан из различных областей Украины, относящихся исключительно к славянскому этносу», были переданы в лабораторию инфекционных болезней австралийского института Догерти и гамбургскому институту тропической медицины имени Бернанда Нохта «под предлогом определения титров антител».

При этом доказательств того, что указанные организации использовали образцы для разработки биооружия, в Минобороны не привели.
