USA Communism: Left-Wingers Prepare to Weaponize the IRS to Violate the Constitution and Go after Virtually Every American

In their ceaseless zeal to grab power and control the smallest aspects of our lives, the Biden Administration and the Left in Congress want the IRS to spy on your bank accounts.

Initially, the proposed legislation would have required financial institutions to report inflows and outflows of more than $600 from individual bank accounts. In response to an outcry across America, the Biden Administration is trying to pull a fast one by purportedly “raising” the threshold for snooping, but in reality it’s just getting rid of virtually any threshold at all.

The Biden Administration has signaled that it is prepared to raise that threshold to $10,000. Not $10,000 per transaction, or even per day, but $10,000 in financial transactions cumulatively over the course of a year. This proposal would cover inflows as well as outflows. This means that the average family of four, which spends on average more than $10,000 per year on food, would fall into an insidious IRS trap that essentially demands that citizens and their banks show the government their financial papers without so much as a warrant as required by the Fourth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution.

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution explicitly provides the following:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Evidently the Biden Administration’s IRS proposal would ignore both the probable cause and warrant requirements in the Constitution and the American people’s justifiable privacy concerns, and would grant Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen the right to spy on virtually every American’s financial transactions on grounds that they are high net worth individuals.

This absurd – and blatantly unconstitutional – proposal raises privacy concerns and moves the nation closer and closer to a police state governed by globalists who inhabit the bowels of Washington, D.C., and who seek absolute power as they examine your bank account.

Keep in mind that many Americans who operate farms and cattle ranches spend much more than $10,000 on fuel, feed for their animals, and fertilizer in a calendar year. But beyond this, just think about the average American. Think about how much you spend on food, groceries, clothing, online shopping, entertainment, car payments, and your mortgage or rent – combined. This would give the IRS the ability to look through EVERY single transaction you make, not just large ones – everything.

Do you give to your church? Do you support the local pro-life pregnancy center? Do you spend your money on things the woke cancel culture doesn’t like? Think of what your bank account says about you? There is nothing the federal government wouldn’t know. It’s the most intrusive and unconstitutional proposal imaginable. And it’s right out of the Chinese Communist Party playbook. There is really no other way to put it.

In response to this proposal, which would allow the government to intrude on our daily lives, the American people need to rise up and not only object to this pernicious proposal, but equally plain, they need to ensure that anyone who supports this proposal is not afforded the trust of public office. It’s time to tell Congress, “NO,” to this unconstitutional intrusion on our lives and empowerment of the already-too-powerful IRS.
