2008 Report: Russian Generals Analysis of a Future (Terrible) South African Civil War
This is an article an awesome American supporter, JoAn Wilcox found on a Russian website in 2008 and she translated it into English. This was a Russian General‘s assessment of SA. He was not impressed with the Blacks.

Everyone is focusing on day 1 of the attack on Ukraine. But the death toll for day 1 is 137. Maybe there are others which are not counted. But given that it is a country of 44 million people and this is day 1 of the "Blitzkrieg", this is really child’s play. This is like 1%, maybe less, than what Hitler’s Werhmacht was able to do. And the way wars go, Day 1 is actually the best day for the Russians. I think if the Ukrainians can keep their heads, this can still become a problem for Putin. It is the MASS MEDIA in the West that is panicking insanely.

I think the fleeing of the people is a bigger problem.

I’m keen to see what can be done at Kyiv, the capital city.

The last I read they were 90 Km from Kyiv.

The Russians have troops in Ukraine who seem to be there in disguise and this is messing things up for the Ukrainians. There are some troops, probably special forces, whom they can’t identify. Thus Chernobyl fell without a fight. So that’s not good.

If the Russians are too professional for the Ukrainians then this is a bummer for them.

Kyiv, Kyiv … that’s the key to watch. Can the Ukrainians put up a fight there or have the Russians outmanoeuvred them? On the positive side for the Ukranians, they definitely shot down Russian aircraft. Also nobody speaks of Russian casualties. There definitely have to be Russian casualties.
