[One of my readers sent me this interesting note. Given that Breivik was writing as a "Knight", this is possible though I've not investigated it nor seen any proof of it. But it might have been a possibility … I guess. It needs more work before I can confirm it. Jan]

One of targets might have also been the Saudi ambassador at the time, Ambassador Khalid Al-Nafisee. I’m not comfortable revealing my source, but if you find some info about it, I think it was a reasonably certain source.
