I am going to acquaint you with a story from Alberta Hell. I will include the printed story from the parents themselves as it is long. Believe me, this is true and is on going. It started October 24 so now it is 4 months since this beautiful family, originally from Newfoundland, was savagely taken down by a swat team of around 20 to 25 armed thugs and others who stole their 3 children all without reason. What has happened since, is a nightmare.
I am writing to ask you to help with a financial donation as they need to live, raise funds to keep everything going as well as to get plane tickets home when they get their children back. If you can find it in your heart to help, this family, and we who are helping them, will be eternally grateful. With her permission, I am sending an email copy to Christine Wall so you can contact her yourself and talk to her as sometimes the phone is out of range and it may be difficult to connect with her. WE HAVE ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF EMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES, AND HOURS AND HOURS OF AUDIO RECORDINGS TO EXPOSE THE WRONG DOING, ABUSE, NEGLECT, LIES, CORRUPT, ETC ETC ETC TO RELEASE OUR INNOCENT CHILDREN WHO DESPERATELY WANT AND NEED TO COME HOME WITH THEIR PARENTS AS THEIR HEALTH IS OF A VERY SERIOUS AND SEVERELY DECLINED STATE SADLY CAUSING MUCH URGENT ATTENTION TO CONCERNS OF FATAL CONSEQUENCES!!!!

WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT KNOWN AS WELL OUR CHILDREN ARE AGES 7, 10, AND 15 YEARS OF AGE AND THE TWO OLDER SISTERS WERE APPREHENDED WITHOUT COURT ORDER, BODYSLAMED AND FORCEFULLY DRAGGED AND SEDATED BY MULTIPLE POLICE AND EMT OFFICERS AGAINST THEIR WILL, SHACKLED AND CUFFED AND BROUGHT TO A FACILITY WHERE THEY WERE STRAPPED BY RESTRAINTS TO A PLASTIC MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR FOR OVERNIGHT!!!!!
THEY ARE NOW BEING FORCED AND DETAINED AGAINST SPEAKING OR SEEING OR LEAVING CUSTODY TO COME HOME REFUSING ALL OR ANY CONTACT WITH PARENTS, OUR SWEET INNOCENT LITTLE BOY WHO’S BEEN TRAUMATIZED AND SCARED NEVER SEPERATED FROM HIS PARENTS OR SISTERS HAS BEEN PLACED IN A FACILITY FOR SEVERE BEHAVIOUR ISSUES AND MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS FOR WHICH MY SON SON IS NOT OR HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH EITHER, WHERE A CLINICAL INTAKE FORM WAS FILLED OUT UPON HIS PLACEMENT TO THIS FACILITY STATING THOSE DIAGNOSIS EITHER BY HIS DOCTOR OR GUARDIANS, WE THE GUARDIANS DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS OR KNOW UNTIL RECENT THAT HE WAS PLACED THERE. WE THE PARENTS HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT REQUESTS TO HAVE OUR CHILDREN ASSESSED BY THEIR MEDICAL DOCTOR AND WE HAVE BEEN EITHER IGNORED OR REFUSED SAYING OUR CHILDREN DON’T NEED A DOCTOR!!! (RECORDED PROOF). WE PARENTS CANT EVEN BOOK A DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENT AS CYFS HAS CANCELLED THEIR MEDICAL CARE CARD (MCP) FROM THEIR HOME PROVINCE (NL) AS WE WERE MOVING BACK HOME AND DIDNT REQUIRE ALBERTA HEALTH.
CYFS HAS ALBERTA HEALTH FOR OUR CHILDREN WITHOUT CONSENT OR KNOWLEGE AND REFUSED TO MAKE THIS KNOWN TO US PREVENTING AND NEGLECTING OUR CHILDRENS HEALTH AND WELL BEING

I would like to take a few minutes of your time please , I am crying out and pleading for anyone that can help me please.
As well after you read below I took the only document both the police and child services worker gave me stating it was an order made by court queens bench, and the police officers stated was an official warrant which was actually a “notice to apprehend”.
I tried to go to Calgary , Alberta Canada courts Queen’s bench to check on this “notice to apprehend” at PC family information clerk to which the worker checked the computer to see if there was any orders, or services for programs, court dates or hearing dates regarding that apprehension, and nothing was filed in the courts computer system.
I went to resolution services to ask for some sort of emergency application for an order to terminate “notice to apprehend” noting that it was invalid to have apprehended my children with nothing on file with courts queen bench to make it legal, in hopes to have my children returned to me immediately as they are in danger of urgent, serious health and safety risks having been detained.
I had security called on me to where I was picked up by 3 security officers and removed from the courts building telling me I’m barred from returning!!! Now leaving me no legal right to get my children back before child services tries to file any orders against me trying to make it harder and longer to get my children, I’m scared and so worried for them, I’m devastated!!!! This is the reason for my email to you because I can’t enter Calgary courts to ask any simple questions.
My children have multiple health disabilities and mental health conditions for which they require medication, each one of my children are at risk of further health risks if not administratored the right way with a certain diet to follow.

My children have been separated and don’t know where they are, they haven’t got to speak to each other leaving them scared and mistreated and brain washed and threatened by Calgary CYFS.

URGENT EMERGENCY HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!

I’m a writing begging for urgent help, I live in Calgary.
My name is Christine (mom), Chris (dad), and we have 3 children with multiple disabilities. Throughout this month we have been packing up our home getting ready for a move back to our home province Newfoundland for the October 30th .October 24th 2019 child protection showed up to our house at 2:00pm with police and surrounded our house. By 9:00pm that evening our 3 children were forcefully removed from their home without any legal papers to show why or any findings or court papers as to why or what was the reasons!!! When I asked for papers I was grabbed by a police officer and dragged outside and pinned to the ground being told I was obstructing an order to apprehend. 15 or more police officers, 2 accessors from child services enter my home and throughout 30-minutes I heard my children’s blood curdling screams and cries for help until EMT’s showed up, to which I was told they administered something to my children to calm them down but wouldn’t say what or asked if the children had any allergies or disabilities or medical concerns, but my children went quite and were like zombies . The EMT came to me and came to me and said my middle child wanted to speak to me, my daughter came outside shaking, crying and squeezed me telling me she pee’d herself and she’s scared to death!!!!! She said that they hurt her and sissy and her brother, by grabbing, throwing, pinning and dragging them!!!!!

Throughout all this I have been dragged, pushed and pinned by police officers, I tried to call for help and they threw my phone breaking it.

Chris (dad) had been pinned by at least 10 police officers to where he has been spitting up blood, his back and chest are injured.

We went into the house after they took our children and every light was on in each room with every closet door, dresser drawer, cupboard door, everything open, a lot of things are missing, my children’s medical documents and personal papers and belongings are missing, my children’s medications are gone, as well as other things, all packing boxes have been opened or torn open, holes and a lot of damages in walls, doors, ceiling. And the master bedroom where my children were ripped from has the most damages with ceiling holes, the door is hanging off with the door box frame came down with it, pee all over the bed by my Children being so scared of the Calgary Police Service being so aggressive towatds are sweet children and everything was torn apart!!!!

I haven’t seen or heard from my children for 2 weeks after they were taken, they separated my Children which makes it even more difficult due to their disabilities and not giving them any safety or familiar people, support, surroundings nothing and that suppose to be better for my Children who came from a good loving home??

We were supposed to move out of province to move back home to St.John’s Newfoundland the 30th of October and now child services told me my children won’t be going anywhere for a long time saying at least 6 months maybe longer but for now everything needs to be worked through but Child services keep on making it so hard for us with false accusations that can be proven.

I don’t know what we did and it was proven in Provincal Court us parents are innocent, why this is happening is by unlawfully kidnapping our children by Alberta CYFS in Calgary South Office , Elbow Drive Office Calgary, we were told by people with experience in this field.
We just want to move home to Newfoundland , and we need our children back please please we are begging and pleading please please help us, we will do anything we need our children, please please help us I’m begging!!!!!

My children were mentally, physically, emotionally abused being dragged out and hit trying to get them out of the house, screams for help came from them while approximately 20-25 police officers were all over my house.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS BEFORE CONTINUING TO NEXT PARAGRAPH AS THEY GIVE DETAILED EVENTS UP TO NOVEMBER 8TH, 16 DAYS BEING THE DAY FIRST TIME SEEING OUR CHILDREN SINCE “TAKEN” ON OCTOBER 24TH.

Up to current date CYFS still have our children even though proof was given and on record during court hearing, that CYFS’s only concerns were missed appointments for my children to have eye and hearing exams, which was followed up for eye exams, but given the normal 5 day a week multiple appointments, assessments, and meetings/sessions regarding the children’s more urgent need we were and had full intentions to have completed but needed to attend and arrange appointments in order of current need.

– ultimately no matter what we provide in factual documents in support of our children, and given the verbal “claims”, “accusations ” and the discusting insults of verbal personal opinions of our parenting without evidence, CYFS were given additional authority of their already abuse of power which gives parents and ultimately our children’s best interests, their cultural and family beliefs and values, further trauma and neglect to their health and well being, by further limiting access to only an hour a week per child in a very secure high monitored room with cameras, microphones, 2 people in the room supervising while they take word for word notes of the visits, also there’s a two way mirror wuth several workers listening in as well for a one hour visit with little topic to talk about as the only plan, concern, and hope is to be together again as a loving family so we can go home to our home Province and do what we always did as parents is Love our 3 beautiful children , Advocate for them when needed and give the best life we can to our children.

-unreasonable demands for orders to random drug and alcohol testing at “said” clinic 20 minutes before closing to properly fill out paperwork and to ensure proper time to provide a sample!! Furthermore all “other” tests are random and we are “required” to call CYFS ‘S office daily meaning several times each day to determine if there is any other scheduled tests, failure to SHOW will count as a positive drug test result!!!! Additional to their orders they also demand “Parenting” and “Psychological” assessments.

I mean does this sound it’s in the best interest for our beautiful 3 children , they desperately need there loving parents and us as parents need them as they are our hearts , our children are what makes us parents tick everyday and cherish even the smallest things they do , We as parents would understand if we done anything wrong but we can honestly say we as God as our witness have done nothing but absolutely love and care for our 3 children , we are so broken hearted right now and feeling our childrens pain especially so close to Christmas as it was always a special time for our Family and to look at our children in visits and your looking at shell of children Christmas to them is just another day right now ,but when they talk of Christmas past with our family we look at our children eyes and they talk with a sparkle and tears in there eyes as it is the only thing for our 3 beautiful Children to hold onto right now, if there is a heart beating in your chest and you put yourself in our shoes just for one minute, and please help us be as a family again we as parents will do anything you ask just as long as we can be a Family again with our 3 beautiful children and end this senseless broken hearted pain please anyone we reached out to in Government Provincal & Federal and they turned there backs on our family (And you know who you are) how can anyone sleep at night knowing there is unlawfull kidnapping going on and breaking down families and making money of innocent children with disabilities us as parents can’t fathem this, its so disheartening and disgusting to think Alberta part of Canada and this country that suppose to be so free that goings on such as destroying families is alive and well here , well let me tell you I’m ashamed to be a Canadian.And us as parents swear as God as our witness we will not stop fighting to obtain our 3 sweet Children we will do whatever is necessary legally to succeed!!! , So please find it in your hearts to end this living nightmare for our family and reunite our loving strong family as we always were and always will be!!,we need your help desperately please, I thank you for your time .
